Job description

The Team Lead of the Shared Service Centre coordinates and structure the work of the Shared Service Centre based in Ostrov, CZ. The Shared Service Centre performs duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivables (incl manual invoicing), reconciliations between accounts prepares for closing of the books, Asset lists, Vendor maintenance and credit mgmt, VAT reporting (SE and CZ). The Shared Service Centre service 7 entities within ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems based in SE (5), DK (1) and CZ (1).

This role is also responsible for the internal netting lists being uploaded to Treasury’s netting system. Reconciling the information and securing the counterparts take care of their differences. Each tenth day there is also a SCB foreign-trade report to be reported. Within the role lays a system responsibility for the scanning system of Basware in the sense of maintenance, administration and process control of the system
Key responsibilities:
Day to day coordination of the teams work

Support and coach the team

Be the interface to the service requesters (7 entities) and to Group Controlling

Securing the teams responsibilities are performed in best and most efficient way

Have international focus and understand the bigger picture of the teams’ services and therefore be responsible in measuring the KPI’s set in the Service Level Agreement i.e. be performance driven

Applicant qualifications

Key Competencies:
Be creative and focused on solving problems – often very quickly – preferably through automated systems or through great communication skills

Easy to understand systems and logical hierarchies and matrixes used in organizations

Be able to handle stress with maintained accuracy

Structured and service oriented minded person

Systematic and focused in measuring processes to the best performance through automated tools


Education and Experience Requirements:
University degree in Business Administration

Minimum 5 years work experience of automated A/P and A/R system and processes preferable in a Shared Service concept of an international company

High level of English both as written and spoken language
Used to automated processes through IT systems e.g. the accounting system, scanning system, purchase system etc

Background as a team lead or manager of a finance team in international setting

Experience from Swedish company’s finance reporting requirements is a plus

Understanding of IFRS and the difference between statutory reporting and group reporting

Ready to travel internationally
